Do lizards pee?

Yes, lizards pee, but many do not make much watery liquid. Their kidneys remove waste from the blood, then their bodies save water by sending out a pale, pasty form of pee along with poop through one opening.
That white chalky bit in some lizard droppings is the clue. Desert lizards are especially thrifty with water, while lizards living near plenty of water may produce wetter waste. Some sea-loving lizards can even sneeze extra salt from glands near the nose.
